CD RELEASE PARTY PLUS NEW BABY
The Monolators are having a CD Release party at Mr. T's Bowl on September 11 to peddle their new album, "Rejection Set Me Free." This will be their first club performance since the birth of Ivan, the newest Monolator spawned by Mary and Eli. Come check out the album and the kid.

MATERNITY LEAVE EXTRAVAGANZA
The Monolators will be taking a short leave of abscence from April until August so that Mary and Eli can have a baby. BUT don't miss the super Maternity Leave show that they will put on March 27 from 12-6PM at El Cid. Click here for more info!

OH NO! OUR GOOD HURT SHOW CANCELLED, KIND OF
We are quite sorry to announce that, due to illness, the Monolators themselves will not actually play their scheduled show this Friday at Club Good Hurt. But Mary and Eli will be there as 2/5 of the tight, tight new supergroup, The Spinning Woodies. Read about it in our shows section...

NEW SECTIONS
We have just added two new sections to our site. The first section, called Art and Letters, is dedicated to the peeps who have written in with some nice words or pics. The second section is a message board. Can you tell that we like to hear from you guys out there?

OUR FRIEND CHRIS
Chris, the bass player for UK’s the Leeches, died unexpectedly from a brain hemorrhage. We have archived our tribute to him in Eli's Journal entry for October 16. We will certainly never forget this great guy.
